Dimitrios Mikelis and Peter Wilson take F&B roles at Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor
Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor has appointed Dimitrios Mikelis and Peter Wilson to two of the hotel's food and beverage roles.
Mikelis joins as food and beverage manager having previously worked at Hilton Edinburgh Airport and with the Radisson SAS Hotel Group.
Wilson joins as executive head chef from Lochgreen House hotel.
