Lisa Lernoux-Doux has joined the Dorchester Collection in the role of director of sales for Coworth Park, reporting directly to general manager Zoe Jenkins.
Lernoux-Doux joins six months ahead of Coworth Park's opening in order to build early awareness of the new property in the groups and leisure markets.
Previously she worked as sales development director at Chewton Glen for seven years, and as a senior sales manager with destination management company, PGI UK, before that. In 2008 she won the Tim Gasson Award from the Hotel Booking Agents Association.
Jenkins commented: "I am delighted to welcome Lisa to the pre-opening team here at Coworth. She is extremely well respected in her field and brings a wealth of experience. This is a very exciting time to be part of Dorchester Collection and the entire team at Coworth Park is dedicated to setting a new standard for luxury country house hotels in the UK."
Coworth Park comprises a Georgian manor house, converted stable block and cottages set in 240 acres of parkland in the Berkshire countryside. It will be the only hotel in the UK to have two polo fields in addition to an equestrian centre.
