Dukes London in St James's appoints Nigel Mendham executive head chef
Dukes London, the five-star boutique hotel in St James's, has appointed Nigel Mendham as executive head chef to launch the new restaurant Thirty Six in September. He joins from the Samling, where he acquired a Michelin star for two years in a row, as well as three AA rosettes. Mendham will assume responsibility for all the food operations at Dukes.
