Edzard Grefe becomes restaurant manager at Luton Hoo hotel

Edzard Grefe has been appointed restaurant manager at Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa.

The appointment marks a return to the Elite Hotels group for the 42-year-old, who was restaurant manager at sister hotel Ashdown Park in East Sussex and deputy restaurant manager at Tylney Hall, in Hampshire.

Grefe spent 14 months managing the restaurant at a golf club in Surrey, before his appointment at Luton Hoo, which opened in October 2007.

Grefe studied hotel management in Guildford and did a management training programme with Forte.
