Eibhear Coyle joins the Lancaster London as executive chef
Eibhear Coyle has joined the Lancaster London hotel as executive chef. Coyle will oversee banqueting cuisine, lead a complete refurbishment of the hotel's banqueting kitchens and take responsibility for menus in the hotel's two restaurants, Island and Nipa.
Prior to the Lancaster London, Coyle spent six years working as executive chef, resort operations, at Kerzner International Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in the Caribbean.
