Elyzian Hospitality has announced two promotions at East Lodge country house hotel and restaurant at Rowsley in the Peak District. Simon Bradley has been named executive head chef, overseeing the kitchens at East Lodge and sister venue Callow Hall. He trained at the Ritz in Paris before working under Raymond Blanc at the two-Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. Filling the head chef role at East Lodge, laid vacant by Bradley, is Ben Wilkinson. A key member of the East Lodge kitchen brigade, he was sous chef when the property gained triple rosette status last year.
