Eric-Marie Nicolle joins Close House hotel as French pastry chef

The privately owned Close House hotel in Northumberland has announced that Eric-Marie Nicolle has joined the 18th century property as French pastry chef. Nicolle has experience of working in fine-dining restaurants and hotels across France, the USA and the UK. Past employers include Dormy House in the Cotswolds and the Randolph in Oxford.
