Pub and restaurant company ETM Group has acquired three sites, all set to open in London over the next six months.
The new outlets include two in the new 253-bedroom Montcalm Royal London House hotel in Finsbury Square and a two-storey pub in Victoria.
First to open in October will be the Burdock bar at the Montcalm, which will span across 2,000 sq ft and offer guest craft ales, cocktails and bar food, at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Also in the hotel, ETM will launch the Aviary as a rooftop restaurant, bar and grill, which will open in the autumn. It will feature a south-facing terrace with city views and will be open seven days a week, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Two of the ninth floor suites, each with their own terrace, will also be available for ETM to use for private events.
Finally, the Greenwood will mark the 18th opening for ETM since 2000. Due to open in the new £2b mixed-use Nova development in Victoria towards the end of the year, the pub will feature a central bar, with a brow and lashes bar and barbershop on the ground floor. Upstairs, a bar with five screens will show international sport and visitors will be able to play ping pong and pool. The outside seating area will accommodate 80 covers.
Located opposite Victoria underground station, Nova will house offices and apartments, alongside 18 eateries.
ETM group co-founder Tom Martin said: "We are delighted to be bringing our pubs, bars and restaurants to two more central London locations and at such interesting developments. Our first rooftop venture is very exciting and being selected to be part of all that is happening at Nova, Victoria, is a privilege. We can't wait to get these sites open and welcome many of our regular customers alongside plenty of new faces."
