Farnborough hotel sold to Wembley hotel owner

The Falcon is less than 30 minutes away from Gatwick and Heathrow airports and within easy reach of Royal Ascot, Windsor Castle, and Legoland.

Built in the 1900s, the hotel provides 30 en-suite bedrooms, a 60-seat restaurant, a foyer bar, a conference room for 30 guests, and double-bedroom owners' accommodation.

The Winchester office of Christie + Co sold the freehold of the hotel (which was operated under management) off an asking price of £2.475m.
