First-time buyer for Edinburgh's Western Manor House hotel

First-time buyer Ramesh Kumar has bought the Western Manor House hotel in Edinburgh off a guide price of £1.35m.

The guesthouse enjoys a prominent position on Corstorphine Road, a main arterial route leading from Edinburgh towards Glasgow

The Edinburgh office of Colliers Robert Barry handled the sale on behalf of the previous owner, Adam Dzierzek.
