First-time buyers for Swansea hotel

First-time buyers Heino and Lynn Almit are the new owners of the three-star Alexander hotel in Swansea.

The property on Sketty Road in the Uplands area of city has seven bedrooms, a guest lounge with a bar and a 14-seat dining room.

The basement houses a games room with pool table and exercise bike and a computer room with broadband connection.

Private accommodation for the owners includes two bedrooms, a dining room, a lounge and a rear courtyard.

The Bristol office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off a guide price of £475,000 on behalf of Shelley Ashworth. Christie Finance arranged the funding for the buyers.
