Folkestone B&B sells for close to £750,000

The Hotel Relish B&B in the Kent coastal resort of Folkestone has sold for close to £750,000.

Described as Folkestone's "first contemporary B&B", Hotel Relish has 10 luxury en-suite bedrooms equipped with rainforest-style showers and organic Aveda toiletries.

Guest have access to the nearby Augusta Gardens which form part of the Radnor Estate.

The Reading office of Colliers Robert Barry sold the freehold to new owners Chris and Sarah van Dyke.
