Four new Dominvs hotels to be Hilton-branded

Four hotels under development by Dominvs Group are set to be Hilton-branded, including the world's first Motto by Hilton.

Over the next three years, real estate and private equity group Dominvs is expected to invest £200m in four properties:

• Hilton's first Motto hotel, a 100-bedroom property in London's Marylebone set to open in 2020;
• The 145-bedroom St Paul's Creed Court Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton, opening at 3 Ludgate Hill in 2022;
• The 120-bedroom Hampton by Hilton London City (the former Arbor City hotel), expected to open in 2021;
• And its controversial 206-bedroom hotel development at the Bath College Allen Building will open as Hampton by Hilton Bath in 2022

Patrick Fitzgibbon, senior vice president, development, EMEA, Hilton, said: "Hilton's brands are growing rapidly in the UK, with more than 180 hotels trading or under development. We're seeing growing consumer demand at every price point and these hotels will add exceptional new rooms in prestigious urban locations. Dominvs Group is a key partner, and has the vision and expertise to bring these projects to fruition. We look forward to welcoming guests to the new hotels."

Sukhpal Ahluwalia, founder and chairman of Dominvs Group, said: "As we continue to grow our presence in prime UK destinations, we're pleased to extend our partnership with Hilton. In addition to the world's first Motto by Hilton hotel, our planned properties in London and Bath under Curio Collection by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton will be important additions to our portfolio."

Dominvs Group has more than 22 projects at various stages of development throughout the UK. Its collection of hotels includes properties in partnership with InterContinental Hotels Group at Aberdeen Airport (Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express); and the Dixon, operating under Marriott International's Autograph Collection

Hilton operates more than 145 hotels in the UK under seven brands. It is set to open more than 35 hotels in the next two years in locations such as Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and London.
