Four Seasons hotel London at Park Lane appoints new executive chef

Four Seasons hotel London at Park Lane has appointed Romuald Feger as executive chef. He will replace Adriano Cavagnini, who has worked in the role since the hotel opened in December 2010.

Feger, who has more than 20 years of international restaurant experience, will oversee the culinary operation for the whole hotel, leading a team of 40.

He previously worked in France at the Michelin-starred Le Château du Domaine St Martin in Vence and Hôtel-Restaurant Le Cerf in Marlenheim. His most recent role was as executive chef at the Connaught hotel in London for two years.

Feger joins the team following the appointment of Jann Kaiser as director of food and beverage earlier this year. Kaiser was previously director of F&B at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.

John Stauss, regional vice president and general manager of the Four Seasons hotel London at Park Lane, said: "We are delighted to welcome Romuald to Four Seasons hotel London at Park Lane. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge, and alongside Jann Kaiser will be huge assets to this new and exciting F&B leadership team."

Two further changes have also been made to the F&B team at the hotel. Eliano Crespi has been promoted from sous chef to restaurant chef of Amaranto restaurant, while Florent Chauveau rejoins as director of banqueting from the Connaught, following a spell as banqueting supervisor at Four Seasons two years ago.
