Francesco Becci appointed restaurant manager of the Rib Room Bar & Restaurant
Luxury hospitality company, Jumeirah Group, has appointed Francesco Becci as restaurant manager of the three-AA-rosette Rib Room Bar & Restaurant at in Knightsbridge, London.
Formerly restaurant manager of Roux at the Landau in Marylebone, London, Becci has also worked in the Savoy, Browns Hotel and the Langham.
Becci will oversee the operations at the restaurant, which serves classic, seasonal, British cuisine such as: prawn cocktail, served with Marie Rose sauce and cos lettuce; treacle tart, lemon thyme and vanilla ice-cream; and a roast rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding - the beef is selected from Donald Russell, Royal Warrant holder and supplier to the Queen.
