Gavin Boyer appointed food and drink manager at Crowne Plaza Kensington

Crowne Plaza Kensington has appointed Gavin Boyer as its new food and drink manager.

Boyer has 14 years' experience in bar and restaurant management.

He previously worked as a restaurant manager in Brisbane, Australia before moving to the Malmaison hotel in Oxford as supervisor and duty manager, then launching the flagship Jamie's Italian as restaurant manager.
