Glasgow's Grand Central hotel has won the title of Principal Hayley Hotel of the Year 2012/2013, the second consecutive year it has scooped the title.
The official awards ceremony took place on Saturday 14 September at the Beaumont Estate, another property within the Principal Hayley collection.
The award is given to the hotel that demonstrates excellence across everything from customer service to achieving financial targets.
Speaking on the win Laurie Nicol, Grand Central general manager, said: "We are absolutely delighted to be named Principal Hayley Hotel of the Year for the second year running. Since opening in October 2010, Grand Central has now won 30 awards including, Scottish Hotel of the Year, Scottish Hotel Team of the Year, Events Hotel of the Year, The CIS Excellence Award for Business Innovation, Business Performance of The Year.
