The Gold Service Scholarship - a set of awards that aim to recognise the brightest young professionals working in restaurant service - has opened for entries.
In partnership with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and the Academy of Food and Wine Service and supported by industry leaders, the Scholarship will be judged by a host of high profile guest judges.
Edward Griffiths, deputy master of the Royal Household, has again agreed to chair the judges. He will be joined by John Davey, Silvano Giraldin, Emmanuel Landre, Diego Masciaga and Sergio Rebecchi.

This year's awards will see regional finals take place at the University of West London on 18 and 19 November 2014, while the national final will be at the Connaught Hotel in London on Monday, 2 February 2015.
The awards ceremony will be on Monday, 9 February 2015 at Claridge's hotel in London.
The closing date for entries is 30 September 2014.
