Grand Imperial London appoints Lee Keong restaurant manager
Grand Imperial London has appointed Lee Keong as restaurant manager of the Cantonese restaurant based at Guoman's Grosvenor Victoria hotel, which has just finished a complete makeover. Keong will be responsible for all food and beverage operations as well as management of staff and menus for the 140-seat eatery and its private dining room. Born in Malaysia, he joins with more than 20 years of catering experience, including spells at Yauatcha and China Tang at the Dorchester.
