Harte & Garter hotel in Windsor appoints Rob Grandison head chef

The four-star Harte & Garter hotel in Windsor has appointed Rob Grandison as its head chef.

Grandison was born in Scotland and grew up in South Africa where he started his career before becoming chef de partie under mentor Marco Pierre White at the Criterion. He spent many years working for Caprice Holdings Group. He has competed with both the Scottish and South African culinary teams and his most recent role was head chef at Quince restaurant at the Mayfair hotel under chef-patron Silvena Rowe.
