Hilton Glasgow recruits Mathilde Brallet as restaurant manager
Mathilde Brallet has joined Hilton Glasgow as restaurant manager for the contemporary Scottish restaurant Cameron's.
Brallet, originally from France, has taken on the role following her successful entry into Hilton Hotels' Elevator programme, which helps graduates to develop the skills and experience to be fast-tracked to a general manager position at a Hilton hotel.
Brallet spent nine months working at the Hilton Glasgow in a variety of roles gaining experience in HR, conferencing and events, housekeeping and operations before being posted to Hilton Arc de Triomphe in Paris.
She spent a further six months in France working in roles including business development and reservation management before returning to Glasgow to take up the post at Cameron's.
