Hilton Hotels five-site portfolio for sale

Five Hilton Hotels are up for sale as part of a single portfolio, including the 132-room Hyde Park hotel and the 230-room Manchester airport property.

The portfolio contains 870 rooms in total, with an income of around £8.6m.

All five are being sold together by specialist property consultants Estate Office.

The other three hotels for sale are the 157-room Luton site, the 170-room Wokingham hotel, and the 181-room Warwick/Stratford-upon-Avon site.

All have an operating lease expiry date of 2021 or later.

Four of the hotels are currently operated and leased to Hilton, and one is under management.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has more than 530 Hilton-branded hotels across 78 countries. Its owner, Hilton Worldwide, last year listed an IPO on the stock market of over £2b.
