Hilton London Euston undergoes £8m interior renovation

Hilton London Euston is investing more than £8m in a refurbishment of the hotel interior.

Work will include a full revamp of all 150-bedrooms alongside the addition of a further 17 rooms to meet demand and a fitness centre.

Mark Roth, cluster general manager, Hilton London Euston and Paddington, said: "We are thrilled to be unveiling our renovation plans for our guest rooms and public areas. We have planned this based on our loyal guests' feedback and our desire to continue to develop our services to meet the requirements of our existing and future guests.

"We hope to start welcoming people to our first refurbished bedrooms by the beginning of September and we are confident that both business and leisure guests will fully enjoy the new facilities".

The hotel is made up of two Victorian town houses joined together and is located in the central Bloomsbury area. The new design of the guest rooms is inspired by the heritage of the locality, which is renowned for its culture, literary, artistic and social links to the Bloomsbury set - a group of English writers, intellectuals, philosophers and artists.

The total refurbishment and expansion, which will take the hotel to 167 bedrooms, will be completed by summer 2016.
