Hilton London Hyde Park unveils £5.4m refurbishment
The 136-bedroom Hilton London Hyde Park hotel has completed a £5.4m refurbishment, which has included the creation of a new and expanded restaurant.
Located within a Grade II-listed Edwardian townhouse property, the Bayswater hotel has revamped its bedrooms, public areas and meeting spaces, as well as added four new rooms, which can be booked as a self-contained unit.
Owned by 129 Bayswater, the hotel has transformed a former tanning studio and hairdresser into a new restaurant from the Aubaine group of French restaurants, taking the original eating space from 75 to 175 guests. The all-day Provençal menu will include freshly baked pastries and cakes. The eaterie is the 10th restaurant from the group owned by Hani Nakkash.
Harun Dagli, hotel manager, Hilton London Hyde Park, said: "We have delivered an intimate hotel which oozes boutique charm and elegance, keeping the modern traveller in mind, giving them the technology, flexibility, personalisation and convenience of their stay that they need".
