Hotel du Vin Cambridge appoints Nicolas Arthuis head sommelier

Nicolas Arthuis, previously head sommelier at Tom Aikens, the Savoy and Gordon Ramsay Royal Hospital Road, has moved to Hotel du Vin Cambridge as head sommelier. Ronan Sayburn, director of wines and spirits at Hotel du Vin, who previously worked with Arthuis at Royal Hospital Road, said he was delighted to have him on board.
