HVS seeks hotel management for salary survey
HVS Executive Search has issued an invitation to London hotel management to take part in its annual London Hotel Salary Survey.
The survey, now in its eighth year, benchmarks the annual base salaries, bonuses and benefits such as pension, transport and health insurance of over 30 executive committee and department head positions.
The results of the survey, which is the only one of its kind focussing on the London market, are presented by hotel category, room count and hotel turnover and include a year-on-year salary comparison for key positions.
HVS said participation would be completely confidential and free of charge and data would only be presented in percentile form.
All participants will receive a complimentary copy of the final report, which is due to be published at the end of November 2011.
"This year we want the survey to be the biggest we have undertaken," said HVS Executive Search managing director Chris Mumford. "The data obtained will give us a valuable insight into salary trends in London's hotels which will be useful to hotel owners and operators in the UK as well as those in capital cities across the globe."
Participants can complete the survey by clicking here or download the form in Excel here.
The deadline is 20 October 2011. If completing in Excel, send your data to PVir@HVS.com.
