ICMI adds Fasque House to its portfolio
Inverlochy Castle Management International (ICMI), which manages luxury hotels in Scotland, has added Fasque House in Aberdeenshire to its portfolio.
Located on a 400-acre country estate in Laurencekirk, the 19th century, 19-bedroom Fasque House reopened two years ago following a £11m refurbishment by new owners Douglas and Heather Dick-Reid. It offers a great hall, drawing room, and dining room.
Douglas Dick-Reid said: "Restoring Fasque House and its extensive woodland grounds to their former glory was a hugely rewarding project and we are delighted with the popularity it has enjoyed as a venue since our opening in 2013."
"I commend Douglas and Heather Dick-Reid for their work on both the interior and exterior of the venue - the attention to detail and design is some of the best I have seen."
ICMI now has 11 properties in its portfolio including Cromlix and Iverlochy Castle.
