IHG partners with Norland Nannies for expert childcare guidance

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) hopes to boost is offer to families after agreeing a collaboration with one of the world's leading provider of nannies, across its brand of luxury properties.

For the next two years IHG will partner with Norland Nannies to receive expert guidance on babysitting and staff recruitment in order to provide the best possible service for families.

All properties worldwide within the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brands are expected to benefit from the partnership, which forms part of the company's Children's programme, Planet Trekkers. This includes IHG's global children's menu developed by chef Theo Randall, who operates a restaurant at the InterContinental London Park Lane, and children's cookery author Annabel Karmel.

Simon Scoot, vice-president global brands, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, said: "For our InterContinental brand, we know that families who stay with us look for our help in keeping their children happily entertained with fun opportunities to learn about the world. We couldn't wish for a better partner than Norland to help us ensure families feel welcomed, entertained and looked after."
