Interactive sushi station introduced at Jumeirah Carlton Tower

Guests at Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London may be in for a surprise when selecting sushi at meeting or event.

The hotel has introduced a sushi box which is requested by pressing a door bell on a decorated box. Once pressed a small window will open, surprising the guest with their sushi served by a gloved hand.

The offer is part of the hotel's live canape stations, which include freshly carved mini beef wellingtons and Loch Fyne oysters served with a shot of Bloody Mary. It is priced at £15 per person per station, with minimum numbers of 100 guests.
