Jarvis continues Ramada sell-off

UK chain Jarvis Hotels is continuing to sell off its Ramada-branded assets, this week adding two more hotels to the two it put on the market last week.

The 58-bedroom Ramada Perry Hall, in Bromsgrove, West Midlands, is being put up for sale with a price tag of £3.25m and the 78-bedroom Ramada Loughborough is on the market for £3.95m.

The Perry Hall has a projected turnover of £1.32m for the year to April 2005 and the Loughborough £1.5m.

The sale follows Jarvis's decision last week to put on the market the 103-bedroom Ramada Wetherby in Yorkshire for £6.75m and the 120-bedroom Ramada Gatwick East Grinstead for £7.75m.

In the latest sale, FPD Savills has been appointed as the agent. Director Julian Troup said the hotels were available either individually or as a pair.
