Jason Hornbuckle joins FJB Hotels Group's Haven hotel, Dorset, as head chef
Jason Hornbuckle has joined the FJB Hotels Group's Haven hotel, in Sandbanks, Dorset, as head chef. He brings more than 25 years' experience to a role which will see him heading a 12-strong team and taking charge of the kitchen set-up and menus, as well as the day-to-day running of the hotel's two AA red Rosette restaurant, La Roche. Hornbuckle joins from Lewtrenchard Manor hotel in Devon.
