Jill Stein and David Elton to head Hotel Forum line-up
Operators from two of the UK's most successful regional hospitality businesses will be among a line-up of inspirational speakers at the forthcoming Hotel Forum, a new must-attend event launched this week by The Caterer for hotel managers and aspiring hotel managers.
Jill Stein, founder and co-owner with her former husband Rick, of the Seafood Restaurant group, will speak about the inspiration behind her interior designs across the company's portfolio of restaurants and rooms that has now moved beyond its Cornwall base.
Meanwhile, David Elton, director of the Lime Wood Group and Home Grown Hotels, who will share the secrets of driving direct bookings to Lime Wood and The Pig collection of four hotels. Following the launch of the website for the Pig's fifth hotel - due to open in July - more than 1,000 room nights were booked within 24 hours.
Also on the agenda will be a discussion panel led by Robbie Bargh, founder of the Gorgeous Group, the international hospitality agency and award-winning specialists in bars, cafes, restaurants, brands and service, on the rise of disruptive food and beverage.
