Jumeirah creates new role to drive expansion
Dubai-based hospitality group, Jumeirah, has appointed Peter Zenneck to the newly created position of vice-president of development for Europe and North Africa.
Zenneck's role will be to focus on hotel acquisitions and management contracts in Europe and North Africa. He will be based in London and will figure prominently in the company's plans to grow its portfolio to 40 hotels and resorts worldwide.
He said: "Operating a European regional development office in direct proximity to the key luxury markets Jumeirah Group is pursuing will allow us to expand most effectively."
Previously Zenneck has worked with Leading Hotel Fund Advisors, Trinity Hotel Investors and Le Meridien.
