Standing on the corner of Plaza San Francisco in Quito, this boutique hotel has opened in a Renaissance-inspired mansion, which was rebuilt in 1926. Original features - such as painted tin ceilings and wooden panelling - have been restored alongside the addition of a glass roof over the central patio.
