Justin Kett has joined the four-star Swan hotel at Lavenham in Suffolk as head chef. He takes up his new position at the iconic 15th-century property after spending three years in a similar post at the Swan's sister hotel, the Brudenell, situated on the beachfront in Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast. Before moving to the Brudenell, he worked as sous chef at the Castle hotel in Taunton.
