Kadir Konuk appointed head chef by Metropolitan London hotel

Kadir Konuk has been appointed head chef by the Metropolitan London hotel. He joins from the Andaz Liverpool Street, where he was head chef for private dining and events.

London-born Konuk began his culinary career at family-owned business Fish Central in Islington before he held a number of roles with hotel groups, including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Marriott Hotels.
