Hotel owner and management company Kew Green Holdings has become the largest Holiday Inn franchise partner in Europe to InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), following the acquisition of 19 Holiday Inn hotels from LRG Holdings.
The company now has 38 properties operating under the Holiday Inn brand, amongst a total portfolio of 53 hotels with nearly 6,700 bedrooms. The newly acquired hotels will now undergo an extensive refurbishment programme.

Kew Green now employs more than 3,600 staff across its estate. Alongside its Holiday Inn properties, Kew Green also operates hotels under five other brands: Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, Ramada Encore, Ramada and Courtyard by Marriott. It also manages two independent hotels, the Richmond Hill in south west London and the Grand in Brighton.
