The Laguna Kitchen and Bar at the Park Plaza hotel in Cardiff has appointed a new head chef. Grady Atkins brings almost 25 years of experience to the role and has established a global track record, having worked in hotels and restaurants in Paris, California and Hong Kong. Originally from Sheffield, the chef returned to the UK five-and-a-half years ago after spending 16 years working in restaurants in the high-end Beverly Hills and Santa Monica areas of Los Angeles.
