Legacy Hotels clinches seventh management deal
Legacy Hotels and Resorts has signed its seventh hotel management deal as it celebrates its second anniversary.
Legacy, which was founded in late 2005, has signed a five-year deal worth £750,000 to run the Quality hotel in Snowdonia.
The 106-bedroom hotel in Llanberis, Gwynedd, is owned by Coronet Holidays and has reverted to its previous name of the Legacy] Royal Victoria.
Andy Townsend, chief executive of Legacy, said: "We currently manage hotels from Stratford to Gateshead and we already have sales, marketing and distribution contracts with four hotels in Wales so we were keen to expand further in this part of the UK."
Other hotels managed and operated by Legacy include the Falcon in Stratford-upon-Avon, The Rose and Crown in Salisbury and the Springfield hotel in Gateshead.
Legacy also has six associate hotels where it looks after sales, marketing and distribution, which includes three hotels in North Wales: the Wild Pheasant, the Bryn Howel and the Chainbridge Hotels in Llangollen.
