Les Routiers reveals 2018 award winners
The River Haven hotel in Rye, East Sussex and San Carlo in Leicester were among the big winners for the Les Routiers Awards 2018.
Based on performance, customer feedback, reviews and recommendations, Les Routiers made awards in 11 categories in total.
The River Haven hotel walked away with the title of Hotel of the Year, while San Carlo won Restaurant of the Year.

Tina Griffiths, customer service executive at Les Routiers said: "Our annual awards highlight establishments that consistently meet and exceed our membership standards. Each year the competition gets more fierce with extremely strong contenders for each category. The judges believe that this year's winners have consistently demonstrated exceptional levels of service hospitality, quality of food throughout the year."
