Lime Wood recruits Lora Strizic and James Golding as general manager and head chef

The Lime Wood Group has appointed Lora Strizic as general manager and James Golding as head chef at Whitley Ridge hotel in the New Forest, following its extensive refurbishment.

Strizic joins Whitley Ridge following eight years with the Hotel du Vin group where she worked as general manager at Hotel du Vin Brighton, which won several awards including placement within Condé Nast Traveller's Top Ten Places to Stay in the World.

Golding started his career at the Savoy, where he spent three years training in classical French cuisine. He then went on to work under Mark Hix and later Elliot Ketley as demi chef de partie at Le Caprice, J Sheekey and then Soho House New York.
