Linthwaite Country House hotel appoints Christopher O'Callahan executive chef

Linthwaite Country House hotel in the Lake District has appointed Christopher O'Callahan as executive chef. With more than 10 years of experience, O'Callahan has previously worked as senior sous chef at Paris House and L'Ortolan - both Michelin-starred restaurants.
