Local buyer for Norfolk Broads hotel

The Ingleside hotel in the Norfolk Broads has been sold to local buyer Charles Dorner from Bacton.

It's a year-round hotel, freehouse and functions business in the seaside town of Mundesley-on-Sea.

The two-storey building offers seven bedrooms (five of them en-suite), a 30-seat dining room, a lounge bar, and a function room and bar servery licensed for 200 customers.

Outside, there is a beer garden, other garden areas, and a car park.

The owners' accommodation on the first floor comprises a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The Ipswich office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off an asking price of £299,000.
