Lochside hotel in Campbeltown changes hands

The Seafield hotel in Campbeltown, Argyll, has been sold to Doug and Saskia Archer from County Durham.

It has eight letting bedrooms to sleep 16, a lounge bar with a bar servery, and an 80-seat L-shaped restaurant with a cocktail bar and a dance floor that can hold up to 100 people for functions.

There's also two-bedroom owners' accommodation on the first floor and an outside patio area and beer garden.

The Glasgow office of Colliers Robert Barry sold the freehold off a guide price of £375,000 or more.
