London hotels boost revpar by 20%
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 20.5% in the week ending 30 October, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar climbed to £107.98, up from £89.62 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy grew by 5.6 percentage points to 83% while average room rate increased by 12.3% to £130.06, up from £115.82 in the corresponding week of 2005.
