London hotels boost revpar by 22%
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 22.1% in the week ending 15 October, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar climbed to £126.41, up from £103.54 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy increased by 7.6 percentage points to 88.7% and average room rate grew by 11.6% to £142.50, up from £127.65 in the corresponding week of 2005.
