London hotels boost revpar by more than 16%
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 16.4% in the week ending 3 December, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar climbed to £128.40, up from £110.26 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy grew by 3.5 percentage points to 87.7% while average room rate increased by 11.8% to £146.44, up from £130.96 in the corresponding week of 2005>
