London hotels boost revpar by more than 22%
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 22.3% in the week ending 17 December, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar climbed to £114.17, up from £93.39 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy grew by 4.3 percentage points to 84.2% while average room rate increased by 16% to £135.55, up from £116.81 in the corresponding week of 2005.
