Macepark hotels appoints three new head chefs

Whittlebury Hall and Scalford Hall hotels have appointed three new head chefs.

The new appointments have been made by executive head chef for Macepark hotels, Craig Rose.

Ben Aird, the new head chef of Whittlebury Hall Management Training Centre, Hotel and Spa, comes from Ettington Chase, part of the Principal Hayley Group of hotels, where he has worked since 2008.

Christian Morris is the new head chef of Murrays at Whittlebury Hall fine dining restaurant. Murrays currently has two AA rosettes. Morris was previously head chef aboard a 44m private yacht.

Andrew Blunt joins the team at Scalford Hall hotel, also to become head chef. He has worked at Whittlebury Hall hotel, most recently as senior sous chef.
