Marc Whitley joins Hilton's Deansgate, Manchester, hotel as restaurant manager

Marc Whitley has been recruited to the Hilton hotel on Deansgate in Manchester as restaurant manager.
Whitley, who will be responsible for the Podium restaurant, bar, lounge and room service, joins from the Lowry hotel, Manchester, where he spent three-and-half years as restaurant manager.
Whitley's experience also includes stints as manager at the Oxo Tower restaurant in London, where he was for nearly seven years, and food and beverage manager at London's the Charlotte Street hotel, part of the Firmdale Group.
